FAQ

Where are your products made?

All Royal Canadian products are proudly manufactured in Canada. From ingredient sourcing to production and quality control, every step is handled in-house at our Canadian facility. Our products are produced in full compliance with Health Canada regulations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

How should I store my products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, make sure to seal the package tightly to prevent exposure to moisture. As our products are made with natural food-based ingredients, improper storage conditions may affect quality — so proper storage is strongly recommended.

How do I check the expiry date?

The expiry date (Best Before) can be found on the bottom or side label of the product packaging. Even within the expiry date, we recommend consuming the product as soon as possible after opening for the best quality and freshness.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please note that exchanges and refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the product has been opened
  • Product damage caused by improper handling or storage
  • Products past their expiry date

If you suspect a quality issue with your product, please reach out to us — we will arrange a return and inspection before proceeding with the appropriate resolution.
