Refund policy
1. Return Period
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, health supplements must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened and unused.

The outer shrink-wrap and inner safety seal must be intact and unbroken.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Any supplement where the safety seal has been tampered with or broken.

Final Sale or Clearance items.

Gift cards.
-
Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
4. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at cs@renubiohealth.com with photos of the damage to initiate an exchange for the same item.
5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if an exception was pre-approved).
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the safety seals. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank's policy).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@renubiohealth.com.
8. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
9. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
